Summer Treat

If you follow me on insta you already know that how much i adore raw vegan food!


well, between one painting and the next, this is the treat that i usually prepare. 
I love this because it's yummy, super healthy, super raw and light!
You can eat it and feel uplifted because, has the amazing healing property of the raw cacao and chia seeds, plus, it's made with water rather then a nut milk. so if you are looking for a light treat, this is definitely the one for you. nuts are great, don't get me wrong, but i find that sometimes, we, raw vegans, tend to use them a little bit too much. and anyway, if you love nuts, i have 2 super tasty recipes right here for you.


90 gr chia seeds
400 ml water
4 spoonfuls of raw cocoa powder
6 dates, soaked in warm water for 1 hour

optional 
2 spoonful of desiccated coconut
sprinkle of freeze dried raspberries



how to?

soak the chia seeds in the 400 ml of water for about 1 hour.
place the seeds with the blender, adding dates and cocoa powder.
blend, for about 5 minutes, until completely smooth.

Place in a glass and decorate with desiccated coconut. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours. just before serving, add the freeze dried raspberries.
